The King of Steaks, the filet is cut from the tenderloin. A small cut that earns its place as steak royalty. Here at Liberty Hill, we pan sear in a cast iron skillet, then finish the steak in the oven with a pat of butter and finishing salt on top.
Each package contains 2 steaks cut 1 inch thick.
Packages range in size from 0.4 - 0.63 pounds.
